The Annual General Meeting of the Association is held on a Saturday in April each year. The exact day depends on the date of Easter Day. When it is early then the AGM will be two weeks afterwards whereas a late Easter means the AGM is held two weeks before.
As well as the meeting which is held in the afternoon, there are two striking competitions in the morning, a number of towers open for general ringing, the AGM tower itself open for general ringing and a service. The activities are usually capped off with a traditional ringers' tea and evening ringing at another tower.
Full details of the AGM day are usually made available about a month before. Check back nearer the time.
The unapproved minutes of the last meeting are available here if there is a need to check anything.
