The Gloucester & Bristol Diocesan Association of Church Bell Ringers

Bristol Rural branch covers the north and eastern suburbs of the city and its immediate environs. Called the North Avon branch for many years the present name is perhaps a bit of a misnomer since the city has expanded over what once was farmland. To the south is of course the Bristol branch. The northern boundary roughly coincides with the M4 and is with Wotton branch whilst to the east lies Chippenham branch. Filton church (pictured) lies almost in the middle of the branch close to Filton airfield, a centre of the aerospace industry.
