• April 13th 2024   The results of the striking competitions for the Penn (eight bell) and Croome (six bell) trophies, held today at Bisley and Minchinhampton respectively are now available on this site.
• April 11th 2024   Chippenham Branch's Ring and Ramble outing is on Monday May 6 to Alderton and Sherston. More information is available on the Branch page.
• March 2nd 2024   The 2024 Achievement of the Year competition has been won by Cheltenham Branch who received the Bliss Trophy. Runner up was Pebworth tower in the North Cotswold branch who received the Littledean and Purton Trophy. All of the entries are available to view here.
• March 2nd 2024   The 2023 Annual Report and Accounts has been published today; including the Tower Directory and Officers Lists 2024. Printed copies will be distributed via the Branch Officers to the towers. The electronic abridged Report will be released in due course.
• November 18th 2023   The G&B Firsts Fortnight and Peal & Quarter Peal Festival ran for the entire month of October. If you have any Firsts to report there is still time to get them added to the list by your Branch Officer and see them here.
  Any Peal and Quarter Peal performances submitted to Bellboard and linked to the G&B Peal & Quarter Peal Festival Bellboard event have been submitted for publication.
• October 5th 2023   The Association's Insurance Policy document has been updated following renewal of the insurance. This protects ringers when engaged upon Association business; see here for more details.
• October 4th 2023   Pebworth in North Cotswold branch has a new website. As well as details of the band and ringing times it also includes various ringing resources: learning methods, listening & striking and a decoder of ringing jargon.
• July 9th 2023   The Ringing World National Youth Contest 2023 took place in York on Saturday 8 July. This year there was only one G&B Team which competed in the method ringing category. While not achieving the best result the team gained valuable experience of competition conditions. The team and accompanying ringers also made full use of the open towers and other facilities.
• March 18th 2022   The printable tower certificate, showing ringing times and a contact phone number, has been updated to add the What3Words destination and access information in addition to the postcode. Branches can download the certificate - in pdf - for printing out and displaying in the tower. It can be generated here although you will need a login.
• February 26th 2021   It's now possible to make a Gift Aid declaration acceptable to HMRC via email. Go to this dedicated page and follow the instructions. The page also includes a link to the paper form of the declaration if preferred.
• May 12th 2018   The Association has a Data Protection Policy in compliance with the forthcoming General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In association with the policy there is also a Privacy Notice for the Association and its website.
