Tewkesbury branch is perhaps the smallest branch in terms of towers and land area but is more than compensated by the impressive Abbey with its magnificent Taylor twelve, scene of the annual Tewkesbury Shield striking competition. In the north of the Association, the branch has borders with Cheltenham, Gloucester and Forest branches and reaches as far as the western slopes of Bredon Hill where it meets the Worcestershire Association

Elsewhere in the branch, albeit on a somewhat smaller scale are several other interesting churches. One such is the fine Saxon church of St Mary at Deerhurst (pictured) which features a ringing chamber divided in two!
